You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within Sixty (60) days of your purchase.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Rejuvica LLC, keeping the following in mind:
- You should return the item to us within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Shipping and Handling Fees are Non-Refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a refund, please email help@rejuvica.com and describe why the product did not work for you, and we will be happy to refund your money.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
